    "Who are YOU ?" , asks someone

    "Well, Aah, Umm ... ", like you start.

        [ Your mind rapidly paraphrases your past positions or forms into a concise text ]

    "Is that YOU ?", I ask

    "Yes, I have been so ", you answer.

    "What is permanent ?", I ask

    "Hmm.., You know.., Well, ..... ", you again start

        [ Your mind works again rapidly to respond ]

    "No-thing is permanent and 

    You do not know YOU ", so I say,

    "How dare you ", you stare.

    The simple yet the apt answer for "Who are YOU ?" is, "I am, a mortal; human being ".

    Upward is the smile, for those who realize this

    Awkward is the look, for those who are unrelatable.

    "Why should I know", you ask

    "You are meant to be", I say

    "I need not listen, my wish", You argue

    "Well, you ought to come back", I worry.

    "Coming back ?" 

    Yes, for those who do not realize who they are; their inner-self does not settle.

    Unless it settles, you are supposed to move back and forth between lives and deaths, believe it or not !.
